Position: Customer Service Front Line

Job Description:

  • To resolve customers’ request, feedbacks, and concerns via face to face interactions, phone

    calls, and emails.

  • To escalate issues to the right channel or department.

  • Assisting Head of Customer Service departments in handling communication circular.

  • Read emails, keep customer updated with latest news.

  • Selling PJ Live Arts Tickets.

  • Working on 2 rotating shifts (10am – 7pm) / (1pm – 10pm), working on weekends

  • Public Holidays. (OT provided)

  • Ticketing Incentives (commission provided)

Job Requirement:

  • Basic MS office programs (word, excel, power point)

  • Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • SPM with experience or Diploma with / without experience.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Position: Air-con Technician – Building Maintenance

Job Description:

  • Attend all inquiries and complaints related to air conditioning works and ventilation systems of

    the building and perform repair works.

  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on Air Cond System, Chiller System and Building

    Automation System in the building.

  • Supervising service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to


Job Requirement:

  • Basic MS office programs (word, excel)

  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM certificate or equivalent, and MLVK - Tahap 2 in Air

  • Conditioning (HVAC) & Refrigeration certificate.

  • Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
